Your Role:

Support ZEISS Digital Partners’ Communications teams across internal and strategic communications touchpoints
Maintain communication platforms and content channels, including intranet pages
Bring fresh ideas and create communication content for internal formats and channels, e.g., articles in German or English
Create and edit videos and other communication media
Support planning, coordination, and organization of internal events, workshops, and communication formats (on-site, hybrid, or remote)
Support planning and reporting of communications by creating presentations and structured overviews
Support community-focused communication activities as part of broader communications operations

Your Profile:

Successfully completed at least 2 years of study, ideally with a background in corporate communications, marketing, change management, or business with excellent grades
First (internship) experience in corporate, startup, or agency environments, preferably in a communications department
Passion for communications, digital technologies, and digital transformation
Able to work independently, goal- and outcome-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude
Strong communication skills paired with empathy to navigate both corporate and “geeky/nerdy” environments
Initial MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar image/video editing programs is a plus
Interest in emerging communication technologies, digital collaboration tools, and AI-supported ways of working is a plus
Fluent German and English in spoken and written communication
