Your Role:
- Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and review of the consolidated financial statements for the ZEISS Group
- Ensure compliance with both internal accounting policies and external regulations, according to IFRS
- Serve as the main point of contact for all consolidation-related matters
- Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and represent consolidation topics professionally to external auditors
- Provide clear and comprehensive information during the financial reporting process
- Project lead for the implementation of a new consolidation tool
- Handle special consolidation-related assignments as required
- Drive the digital transformation and process optimization of group consolidation activities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve high performance
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Extensive experience working in an international audit firm and/or in group accounting within a multinational corporation
- Deep expertise in accounting and consolidation under IFRS standards
- Proven success in project management
- Experience in leading teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ERP and consolidation software (e.g., SAP SEM/BCS)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is not mandatory but a strong advantage
